We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various business units’ needs. If you are a proactive, organized, and logical thinker, and have a passion to determine solutions to best streamline processes, please consider joining our team. • Define and document business requirements that will best improve processes • Daily administration and monitoring of SFDC software • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades • Assist in training of new users, team members, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization • Create and maintain Salesforce training materials • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams Job Requirements • 3 years’ experience performing Salesforce.com Service Cloud and Community Cloud configuration • Salesforce.com Admin certified • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities integrating with external systems and/or using custom code (Apex, s-controls), a plus • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity • Able to gather, document and execute detailed specifications from high-level requirements with little to average amount of supervision • Able to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality Why is worth working with us: • profit from our VIP medical package with free travel insurance and dental care, sport medicine, life insurance and Benefit System (Multisport) • explore new technologies at our Innovation Lab (3D printer, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality equipment, Robot construction kit, Internet of Things devices, Access to quantum computer via IBM Cloud) • lift your qualifications through wide range of trainings and get technical certification reimbursement • no dress code, flexible working time and get additional day off • recommend your friends and get a very attractive referral bonus • use your car or bike to get to the office - free of charge parking lot for employees We will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
